Box Vault (hereinafter referred to as "the Website") is an independent third-party resale platform specializing in factory-sealed collectible trading card boxes, including Pokémon TCG, One Piece Card Game, sports trading cards and limited edition hobby boxes.

We are an independent third-party reseller. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, or commercially connected to Pokémon, One Piece, NBA or any IP owners or official distributors. All trademarks, copyrights and character images related to the products belong to their respective copyright holders.

2. User Eligibility

1. You must be a natural person with full civil capacity. Minors shall use the service only with the consent and supervision of a guardian.
2. You agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations in both the Website's jurisdiction and your location, and shall not use the Website for any illegal activities.

3. Products & Orders

1. Product Description: all items are officially released factory-sealed collectibles. Edition, condition and seal status are clearly stated on each product page. Due to shooting and display differences, the actual product shall prevail.
2. Order Rules: by submitting an order and completing payment, you acknowledge and agree to the product price, shipping rules and these Terms of Service. Inventory is subject to actual availability. In case of out-of-stock items, we will notify you promptly and process a refund.
3. Pricing: all product prices are as displayed at the time of order submission. Promotions are subject to their respective rules and cannot be combined.

4. Payment & Checkout

1. The Website supports multiple third-party payment channels. Payment security is guaranteed by the corresponding payment providers.
2. After successful payment, we will arrange shipment as soon as possible. Orders may be delayed in case of payment anomalies or risk control reviews.
3. Fees and currency conversion charges incurred by cross-border order payments shall be borne by the user.

5. Shipping & Delivery

1. Shipping Coverage: we ship to Mainland China, North America, Europe and more. Specific shipping rates and delivery times are shown at checkout.
2. Packaging Standard: all sealed boxes are packed with air column wrap + 5-layer rigid carton to maximize protection during transit.
3. Delivery & Acceptance: please inspect the package appearance upon delivery. If the package is damaged or crushed, please refuse delivery and contact customer service immediately. We cannot be held responsible for appearance damage reported after acceptance.
4. Customs Duties: cross-border orders may incur import duties, VAT and other fees in the destination country/region, which shall be borne by the buyer in accordance with local customs regulations.

6. Return & Refund Policy

Given the special nature of collectible products, the return policy is as follows:

1. Factory-Sealed Products:
   • Unopened products with intact shrink wrap and resellable condition may be returned within 7 days of delivery for any reason. Return shipping is borne by the buyer.
   • Once opened, or if the shrink wrap/seal is damaged, 7-day no-reason return is no longer available. The collection value of sealed boxes is directly tied to seal integrity, and we cannot verify whether the contents have been swapped after opening. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Pre-Owned Sealed Boxes:
   • Pre-owned items with clearly stated condition and flaws are not eligible for no-reason return after delivery.
   • If the product is materially inconsistent with the description, please provide unboxing video and photos within 24 hours of delivery and contact customer service for verification.
3. Authenticity Issues: if an item is confirmed by an authoritative third party to be counterfeit or not officially released, you may apply for a full refund with the authentication report, and we will cover round-trip shipping.

7. Authenticity Guarantee

1. All items on the Website are sourced from official authorized channels. We guarantee 100% authenticity and accept verification by professional institutions.
2. If an item is confirmed counterfeit by an authoritative third party, you may request a full refund with the authentication report.

8. Intellectual Property Statement

1. All trademarks, character images and copyrights related to the products belong to their respective IP owners (The Pokémon Company, Shueisha, NBA, etc.).
2. The Website only provides resale services for authentic products. All product displays and descriptions are for identification purposes only and do not imply authorization from the IP owners.
3. Copyright of original content on the Website (text, images, page design, etc.) belongs to the Website. Unauthorized reproduction or appropriation is prohibited.

9. User Code of Conduct

When using the Website, you shall not:

• Publish illegal, infringing or false information
• Place malicious orders or refuse delivery to disrupt normal business operations

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

1. We shall not be liable for delays, damage or failure to deliver caused by force majeure (natural disasters, customs inspection, logistics delays, policy changes, etc.), but we will assist in resolving issues to the best of our ability.
2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Website shall not exceed the actual amount you paid for the relevant order.
